KNOWLEDGE

We stay with you for a minimum of 90 days and provide the space, time, and practice to learn skills, evolve behavior, and change habits.

On average, it takes more than 2 months before a new behavior becomes automatic — 66 days to be exact. And how long it takes a new habit to form can vary widely depending on the behavior, the person, and the circumstances. In Lally’s study, it took anywhere from 18 days to 254 days for people to form a new habit.

Our certified TRUST model coaches are with you each week to elevate accountability.  Learning is also conducted in a cohort to increase group accountability.

LEAD WITH TRUST - GET STARTED

LEAD WITH TRUST FOUNDER, STACIE MALLEN

Practical leadership training that builds trust.

Coming from the perspective of a degreed chemist, 20+ years leading HR Teams and coaching top leaders, Stacie Mallen works to dive into the link between human behavior and organizational results.  Behavioral economics, in conjunction with neuroscience, provides a unique perspective on the cornerstone to what Stacie believes drives healthy high-performing cultures, cultivating trust.  From a proprietary trust-based leadership model to a learning series focused on the key foundations to building trust inside of teams, she has partnered with companies to accelerate growth while intentionally building compassion and high degrees of foundational trust.

The development path is specifically curated to the leader – see more details in the full CLASS SCHEDULE

As we focus on all the levels of learning:  knowledge (understand it), skill (demonstrate it), will (live it) and our methodology of building specific skills into long term behavior, we have seen teams elevate results dramatically.  Survey data, engagement scores, team goal achievement and overall org revenue have all trended positive in teams doing this work.

To achieve maximum student comprehension, classes are virtual live webinars requiring you to hear and see the screen. The classes are recorded for those that cannot make the live calls. Coaching calls are 1:1 and scheduled based on availability.

We focus on the 4 factors of trust and the skills that support these factors to lead to high performing behavior.
